HIP: Ready, Set, Grow Procurement Connections Workshop

Last month's Ready, Set, GROW! Procurement Connections Workshop series connected vendors with buyers from many state agencies. Each shared what they're looking to buy, what's in their pipeline, and how to connect with them directly. Participants gained insights on how small, minority, women, and veteran procurement programs work, also learning strategies for mining public data to help with their business development efforts.

KJA attended the event in support of client High Impact Partners (HIP), who are actively growing their business development in Maryland. Kiisha made special connections with State Representative Y. Maria Martinez, who oversees the Special Secretary Governor's Office of Small, Minority and Women Business Affairs. They had a delightful conversation over the "handkerchief," a subtle reminder to hold onto the "smallest" fabric of a constantly evolving future.
